John was the benefactor and founding chairperson of the Property Investment Association of Australia (PIAA) now called Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA), a not-for-profit organisation established to represent all industries and professions involved with property investment.
He is currently working with Deakin University on various research projects and was instrumental in helping them develop their Property Investment Association of Australia (PIAA) Accreditation Program. He is a lecturer, mentor and collaborator with the Deakin University Bachelor of Property and Real Estate (2011) degree. John is a member of the Deakin University Faculty of Business and Law's Commerce Industry Advisory Board and he is working in collaboration with Deakin University and the Australian Federal Government with regard to a significant property research program.
An accomplished public speaker, John Hopkins is in demand as a presenter for property and investment conferences, workshops, dinners and radio programs to speak about investment, property and economic issues. He has also written hundreds of articles and a syndicated column for print media.

Michael began his professional life as a commercial and property lawyer.
After a brief and engaging career in the legal profession, Michael decided he wanted to help clients before they were in trouble rather than afterwards.
Michael left the law to become a successful and sought after financial adviser, and to be fully involved with the financial services industry. In 2004 after managing the Melbourne office of a national financial planning practice, he became the Managing Director of the John Hopkins Group.
With regard to Michael’s personal client base, he is in an enviable position. His clients, are committed to the importance of his advice and assistance. His clients range from very successful business owners and professionals, including many upwardly mobile individuals and families, through to those in the retirement phase of their lives where expert advice and personal care is essential to health and happiness.
Michael is an experienced public speaker and has presented on economic, political, business and investment topics to a wide variety of audiences.

Joining the company in September 2002, Stephen has extensive knowledge of the Australian property investment markets, working in the industry for over 36 years.
Stephen takes great pride in ensuring his clients are well looked after, guiding them through the property investment journey from start to finish. Stephen knows his clients circumstances intimately, ensuring his advice is always in the best interests of their personal situation.
Stephen is qualified with a Diploma of Land Use Studies and Urban Economics, a Diploma of Housing Studies (BA), and a Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate.
Monica assists our partners and their clients by guiding them through the entire property purchase process, including contract administration.
She also provides you and your clients with, if appropriate, regular construction updates as well as valuable pre and post settlement advice.
Monica also works closely with our accounts administrators to ensure compliance and payment to appropriate parties occur in accordance with the relevant legislation.
