  • Alliance, St Kilda

    Alliánce was a unique property where the developers made the decision to retain the original house, ‘Acton Lodge’ (Circa 1922), as a magnificent entrance to the new apartments that were built at the rear. The interior of this beautiful house was enhanced to reflect the contemporary apartments, whilst keeping the original façade.

  • Ark, Richmond
